Q How long will it take to receive my purchases?
A.We ship Monday-Friday and most pakages are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt. We use USPS First Class mail with e-delivery confirmation. Most packages are received within 5 business days. If it has been longer then 5 days, you can track your package using the tracking info you received by email the day the package was shipped or you can view your order status by selecting "Order Status" under the Service tab. Enter your email address and your order numer.

Q Do you ship to Canada and Internationally?
A. Yes. International shipping rates are slightly higher than our domestic rates. We ship via USPS First Class International or USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time can be longer than 5 days depending on delivery destination. Rates are calulated in your shopping cart. Be sure to select your country to see the correct rate.
Note that any import fees and/or taxes (GST / PST / VAT, etc) are the buyer's responsiblity. All export packages have a customs label with the actual value printed. We also include a packing slip/receipt in or on the package at actual invoice USD value.
Payment Methods
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A.PayPal, GoogleCheckout, Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) Checkout securely via GoogleCheckout or PayPal. We prefer GoogleCheckout.
When checking out you have two options: Select "PayPal" or" GoogleCheckout" then enter your billing address and card information to checkout securely.
Q. Can I pay by Personal/Business Check Cashiers Check or Money Order?
A. Yes. Simply select Check/Money Order when checking out. You'll receive the payment address and an invoice to print out as soon as you checkout. Please note that shipment will be sent after the payment has cleared. A customer who has a check returned from the bank as "NSF" will be charged a $30 returned checked fee and will be permanently banned from viewing the website. In addition, there may be applicable and enforceable state law in effect if such an event occurs.
Q. Is my information secure?
A. Your information is handled securely and processed on the payment provider's secure server. All data in transit is secured by up to 256 bit encryption.
